How CookMyWeek works

Tell us the week. CookMyWeek works out how the food gets made.

The product starts with who is eating and when cooking can really happen. Then it connects the meals to the cooking and shopping that make the week possible.

Your week

Tell CookMyWeek where the week is tight.

Who is eating, which days have little cooking time, and when cooking can actually happen.

The plan

Move the work to the time that can carry it.

Cook ahead when it helps, keep short days short, and give extra portions a specific later job.

Sat → Mon lunchSun → Tue finishWed → later servings

When you cook

Know what needs your hands now.

CookMyWeek coordinates several dishes without asking one cook to do two hands-on jobs at once.

Shopping

Buy what the approved week still needs.

The list follows the meals you are actually going to cook and the usable food you already have.

The important difference

Eating time and cooking time do not have to be the same.

Saturday can cover Monday lunch. Sunday can assemble Tuesday dinner. One useful Wednesday cooking window can finish dinner and move later meals forward.

Ready when the workday has no cooking time.

When you do cook
